A balanced plan with three to five workouts a week, including muscle-building exercises, cardiovascular training, and recovery sessions, is usually sufficient. To participate in a online coaching session, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a distraction-free area where you can stay engaged. You can join from your laptop, iPad, or mobile. I’ll send you a link to the session platform (such as Zoom) in advance, and we can kick off right away!
