You’ll have the same expert guidance as an in-person session, but with the convenience of being at home.
To take part in a remote coaching session, you’ll need a reliable internet connection, a device with video capability, and a comfortable environment where you can focus. You can connect from your laptop, iPad, or smartphone. I’ll provide a meeting link to the session platform (such as Zoom) in advance, and we can begin right away!
