You’ll have the same accountability as an in-person session, but with the convenience of being at home.
To join a remote coaching session, you’ll need a fast internet connection, a webcam, and a distraction-free area where you can concentrate. You can connect from your desktop, iPad, or phone. I’ll send you a meeting link to the meeting platform (such as Zoom) in advance, and we can begin right away!
